A practical answer to repetitive P6 analysis
Schedule Tracker was conceived by Alexandra Kay, a former senior Primavera P6 scheduler who wanted a faster way to perform baseline analysis and compare schedule updates without relying on disconnected spreadsheets, macros, and legacy desktop tools.
It began as an internal solution for claim and delay-analysis work, then grew through word of mouth among schedulers, contractors, project managers, and CEI professionals. Feedback from infrastructure teams working on roadway, bridge, and other complex construction programs has continued to shape the product.
