Schedule Tracker turns Primavera P6 XER files into reports for baseline analysis and update comparison. Identify logic changes, longest-path shifts, and milestone slippage without rebuilding the same tables and charts in spreadsheets each month.

Keep the baseline and successive updates in one project record. Review schedule health, resource demand, and cost trends across the project history, with the schedule evidence available for delay, time-impact, and time-extension reviews.

Built by a practicing P6 scheduler, the software began as an internal tool for claim and delay review. Feedback from schedulers, contractors, project managers, and CEI teams on roadway, bridge, and other complex infrastructure projects has shaped its development.

Founder and scheduling advisor

Alexandra Kay PE, CCM, MBA

Alexandra is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager with 15 years of experience, including more than 13 years in scheduling. Her work spans transportation construction management and building engineering in private practice. As a CEI Senior Project Engineer, she leads construction engineering and inspection services on roadway, signalization, and pedestrian safety projects.

Her experience includes oversight roles at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, CFX, and Florida's Turnpike Enterprise on large infrastructure projects spanning hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value. She built Schedule Tracker for her schedule review work, drawing on experience in contract administration, schedule and budget management, delay analysis, and construction claims review, negotiation, and settlement.
