Schedule Tracker was conceived and developed by Alexandra Kay, a former senior Primavera P6 scheduler, who grew frustrated with Claim Digger®, Excel macros, and other outdated Windows 98-era tools still widely used for baseline analysis and schedule comparison. Initially, it was an internal solution for claim and delay analysis, but over time, it gained traction through word-of-mouth among project managers, contractors, and schedulers. We continuously expanded its capabilities based on feedback from infrastructure professionals in roadway and bridge construction, as well as CEI firms.

Schedule Tracker is a web-based app that enables you to create and manage multiple projects, upload schedule updates in XER format, and track project metrics across all updates to identify negative trends early and recommend corrective actions. It helps detect upcoming delays, compare schedule revisions over time, and streamline project analysis.
