Ongoing Monthly Schedule Review

Send us the baseline and each recurring update. We maintain the schedule history and perform the review each cycle so your team does not have to rebuild the analysis every month.

Depending on the project, the review can include

  • Changes to activities, logic, calendars, and durations
  • Critical and longest paths, milestones, and float
  • Progress, actual dates, and completion forecasts
  • Schedule quality, emerging risks, and recovery concerns
  • Written findings and questions for the project team
  • Schedule review meetings and follow-up

The result is a consistent review process and a project history that becomes more useful with every update.

Good fit when: your team needs consistent monthly oversight and a reliable record of schedule changes.

Turnkey Schedule Support

A dedicated schedule review resource from baseline through project completion.

We coordinate recurring reviews, track open issues, and support schedule discussions. We agree on the scope around the contract and your team's responsibilities.

Support can include

  • Baseline and update reviews
  • Contract-specific schedule requirement checks
  • Project schedule history and open-issue tracking
  • Monthly summaries and schedule meeting support
  • Recovery schedules and time impact analysis (TIA) review
  • Delay-event analysis and support for escalated issues

This can be structured as recurring monthly support or a project-specific assignment.

Good fit when: you need one review resource throughout the project to support limited or overloaded staff.

Talk About Project Support
When the issue is already more complicated

Time extensions, time impact analyses & delay issues

Sometimes the question is no longer simply whether the monthly update is acceptable.

When schedule impacts, time-extension requests, recovery plans, or delay disputes develop, we can review the schedule history together with the relevant project records and help organize the schedule evidence behind the issue.

Causation, concurrency, entitlement, and responsibility depend on the contract and supporting project records. They require professional analysis rather than an automated software conclusion.

Depending on the assignment, that may include

  • Time impact analysis (TIA) review
  • Changes to driving paths, milestones, logic, and durations
  • Schedule history and delay-event chronology
  • Recovery and mitigation review
  • Support for technical responses and discussions

Getting started

What we need to get started

For a typical review, start with the files you already have.

Usually

  • Current Primavera P6 XER
  • Prior update or baseline, when applicable
  • Schedule narrative
  • Relevant scheduling specification or contract requirements

For a delay, recovery, or time-extension issue

We may also request the relevant correspondence, change documentation, daily records, or other project information.

You do not need to organize everything before contacting us. Tell us what problem you are trying to solve first.

How it works

From first message to findings you can use

  1. Tell us what you need

One difficult update, a baseline review, recurring monthly support, or a specific delay issue.

  2. Agree on the scope

We confirm the review questions, deliverables, timing, and fees, then arrange the files needed for the assignment.

  3. We perform the review

The analysis combines experienced schedule review with the project history and supporting data needed to understand the issue.

  4. Get findings you can use

Depending on the scope, that may be a focused findings list, review memorandum, recurring monthly review, issue log, meeting support, or more detailed schedule analysis.

If the need continues, the same project record carries forward into the next review cycle.

Schedule Tracker access can be included at no additional charge

For ongoing assignments, your project team can view the same schedule history, comparisons, milestones, paths, trends, and supporting reports whenever useful. Use it as much or as little as you want.

The human review is the service.

Supported by Schedule Tracker

We bring the platform; you get the review

Our schedule review work is supported by Schedule Tracker, the Primavera P6 analysis platform originally developed to make repetitive schedule review and update comparison more efficient.

You do not need to learn or operate the software to use our review service.

Background

Built from real schedule review work

Schedule Tracker was conceived by Alexandra Kay, PE, CCM, MBA, a Professional Engineer and former senior Primavera P6 scheduler with experience in construction management, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, claims, and time-impact analysis on major construction projects.

The platform began as an internal solution for repetitive schedule and delay-analysis work and has continued to evolve through use and feedback from project professionals working on roadway, bridge, and other complex infrastructure projects.

Schedule Tracker has been developed and refined with project teams since 2017.

We will follow up by email to discuss your request. If the project is confidential, share a general description here so we can arrange how to exchange files.

Schedule Tracker is an independent product of Witty Finch Engineering. Services are scoped to the specific project and assignment. Schedule analysis does not by itself determine contractual entitlement, causation, concurrency, or responsibility.
