Is this a complete DCMA 14-point assessment?

Schedule Tracker reports all 14 points with measured results, thresholds, and supporting findings where the required evidence is available. The recalculation-dependent Critical Path Test is marked not evaluated rather than treated as a pass. Results are diagnostic schedule-quality findings, not a certification or contractual compliance determination.
