Open ends and logic
Find activities with missing predecessors or successors and inspect relationship lag that can conceal or distort the driving sequence.
Primavera P6 XER analysis
Analyze a Primavera P6 schedule for critical and longest paths, missing logic, constraints, float, out-of-sequence progress, resources, calendars, milestones, and dates that do not match the data date.
CPM schedule integrity
Schedule Tracker reads native XER activity, relationship, calendar, resource, and project data. Each finding links back to the affected activities so reviewers can move from a summary metric to the underlying schedule evidence.
Find activities with missing predecessors or successors and inspect relationship lag that can conceal or distort the driving sequence.
Review the longest path, a second critical path, activities at zero or negative total float, and the dates driving completion.
Surface constrained activities and actual start or finish dates recorded beyond the schedule data date.
Identify work performed outside the planned predecessor-successor sequence and review the affected logic.
List project milestones by WBS, highlight negative float, and keep contractual and intermediate dates visible.
Find duplicate activity descriptions and inspect actual dates, original durations, calendars, and task-level schedule fields.
More than activity dates
A schedule can look healthy at the activity level while still carrying unrealistic working time, resource demand, or cost assumptions. Schedule Tracker exposes the supporting data needed for a broader review.

Frequently asked questions
Schedule Tracker reviews CPM data including open ends, relationship lag, constraints, negative float, critical and longest paths, future actual dates, out-of-sequence progress, calendars, resources, costs, and milestones.
No. Upload an XER export through a modern web browser. Schedule Tracker does not require a direct P6 database connection or a Windows-only desktop installation.
Schedule Tracker supports XER exports created by Primavera P6 version 7.0 or newer. The project should be scheduled in P6 before export so its calculated dates are available for analysis.
Schedule Tracker reports several data points used in schedule quality reviews, including missing logic, lag, constraints, negative float, and invalid dates. It does not currently claim to be a complete or certified DCMA 14-point assessment.
